We value the time of all our guests. As such, we request 24 hours notice to cancel your appointment. If cancellation is done within 24 hours of your appointment start time, you will be charged a 'Late Cancel' fee, which is equal to 50% of the full service price. A 'No Call/No Show' will be charged 100% of the full service price for all services booked and missed.
